Permanent Magnet DC Deceleration Motor in accordance with the presence or absence of brush can be divided into permanent magnet brushless DC motor and permanent magnet brush DC motor. The basic principle of Permanent Magnet DC Deceleration Motor

The stator of the brush motor is equipped with fixed main poles and brushes, and armature windings and commutators are mounted on the rotor. DC power supply through the brush and commutator into the armature winding, resulting in armature current, the armature current generated by the magnetic field and the main magnetic field interaction to produce electromagnetic torque, the motor rotation to drive the load. Due to the presence of brushes and commutators, the structure of the brush motor is complex, the reliability is poor, the fault is large, the maintenance workload is large, the life is short, and the spark is easy to produce electromagnetic interference.

The working principle of the brush DC motor is shown in Figure 2-1. In the fixed part of the brush DC motor has a magnet, here called the main pole; fixed part of the brush. The rotating part has a ring core and a winding wound around the toroidal core.

Permanent Magnet DC Deceleration Motor In the fixed part (stator) of the bipolar brushless DC motor shown in Figure 2-1, a pair of DC main magnetic poles N and S are mounted, and an armature core is mounted on the rotating part (rotor). There is an air gap between the stator and the rotor. In the armature core placed by the A and X two conductors connected to the armature coil, the coil of the first and end were connected to the two arc-shaped copper, the copper is called commutator. The commutator segments are insulated from each other, and the whole of the commutator segments is called a commutator. The commutator is fixed on the shaft and the commutator and the shaft are insulated from each other. A pair of fixed rollers B1 and B2 are placed on the commutator segments, and when the armature rotates, the armature coil is turned on by the commutator segments and the brush and the external circuit.
